I don’t know why Glenn has such a problem with admiting when he is wrong. The guy can give out some good information. But when he has something wrong he just goes off the deep end and puts himself so far under he can’t come back up for air. Why cause yourself allt he grief? Perhapse he enjoys it hard to tell.
Well, truth be told, I rarely find myself racing to the Apology Stand myself, but I see your point.
Having read much of Glenn’s stuff both on his blog and on the Cafe, what I think happens is Fire! Aim! Ready! — a common occurence on the Internet mostly because the swiftness of communication begs for all of us to shoot first and ask questions later.
Over the last couple of years, when I find myself feeling the overwhelming urge to write someone a blistering ass-chewing, I do so and save it to send the next day. I figure if I’m still that chuffed, I can send it. If not, at least I’ve exorcised the evil guy who wants to…well, shoot first and ask questions later.
By the way, I don’t always follow that advice. But when I don’t, I ALWAYS pay for it later.
Karma gives, karma takes away. Karma is a zero sum game so far as I can tell.

Hello, Glenn.
Thanks for the kind words — much appreciated. I hope you can find a way to keep up the pace you’ve been at lately over at your little corner; great stuff.

Glenn I just wanted to say I know I have said some not too kind comments about you a couple of weeks ago. But as I said above you do have good advice and information etc… I see your trying to change somethings that have caused problems for you and that is always a step in the right direction. There are somethings you can’t change and I understand that. I am sure others can as well.
