Well, those who purchased Chief Genii Richard Kaufman’s<\/a> video “Basic Card Technique”<\/em> at the beginning of their journey will recognize that quote from the beginning of the video.<\/p>\n
This morning, as I was copying my tattered VHS tape to safer DVD, I was reminded of how much I enjoyed that quote the first time I heard it. I was also reminded of how good an instructional tape it is. I’m still squarely in Michael Close’s corner<\/a> when it comes to the topic of books-vs-videos, insofar as I prefer books to videos, but recognize the value in supplementing the printed word with video instruction.<\/p>\n
